This pass will grant you access to the festival and serve as your ticket to becoming a valued member of our volunteer team. Rest assured, the cost of your pass will be refunded upon completion of your volunteer responsibilities.

• Step 2: Email Availability and Purchase Confirmation: Once you've purchased your Full Pass, please email our team at volunteerslabf@gmail.com with your availability and purchase confirmation number/receipt. This step is crucial for us to coordinate our volunteer schedule effectively.

• Step 3: Commit to Hours: As a volunteer, we ask that you commit to specific hours of service. Performers are required to volunteer 7 hours, while non-performers must volunteer 10 hours. Punctuality is of utmost importance, and failure to adhere to your scheduled shifts may result in penalty charges.

  • For every 5 minutes late: $5 deduction from your refund amount.

  • For every hour missed: $25 deduction from your refund amount.

  • These deductions will be subtracted from your original Full Pass reimbursement.
